About Taxresidences

Taxresidences is a service organised by Andreas Bosse, Monaco, ph.d. in law.

Being originally an attorney-at-law in Germany Andreas Bosse has been licensed as a legal consultant in the Principality of Monaco since 1994.

Having attended law schools at the Universities of Munich and Munster he obtained the lawyer's degree (j.d.) as one of the year's top 1 % students. For his following work on a thesis on cross-border contracts, which led him also to London, he was granted the degree of a doctor of law (ph.d. in law, cum laude). Following an apprentice period at the Hanseatic Appeals Court and the bar exam he worked as a business lawyer from Hamburg.

After his move to the Principality of Monaco his main practice areas are international law and international tax law. In particular he has advised and assisted numeorus clients while and after transferring their residence to many differnt locations. Dr. Bosse has appeared in various press articles and TV shows. In co-operation with other international specialists Dr. Bosse developed the Taxresidences program to offer his globally minded clients custom tailored solutions while using his own experience in international living.
